Aims and Scope
Finance Law Insight (FLI) is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing scholarship at the intersection of finance and law. The journal provides a forum for rigorous, original research examining the legal frameworks, regulations, and policies that shape financial systems, institutions, and markets, both in Indonesia and internationally.
FLI welcomes theoretical, empirical, and doctrinal contributions across a broad range of topics, including but not limited to: banking law and regulation, capital markets law, corporate finance and governance, Islamic finance and sharia-compliant financial instruments, fintech and digital finance regulation, taxation law, insurance law, anti-money laundering and financial crime, consumer financial protection, monetary policy and central banking law, and comparative financial regulation.
The journal aims to bridge the gap between legal scholarship and financial practice, offering insights that are relevant to academics, legal practitioners, policymakers, regulators, and financial industry professionals.
